Portland, Ore., March 26, 2020WFG National Title Insurance Company (WFG), a Portland-based, full-service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for commercial and residential transactions nationwide, has announced that Heather Krablin has joined WFG’s executive leadership team in the newly created role of Senior Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Krablin will be responsible for ensuring that WFG’s human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives support the company’s overall goals and objectives. She will work closely with the executive management team to evaluate company policies, procedures, and organizational structure in order to recommend ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness. She also will work with management to help WFG’s functional leaders and employees understand the company’s developing business objectives and their roles in achieving them. She will work out of WFG’s Irvine offices.

In her new role Krablin will work with CEO Steve Ozonian to develop and monitor KPI’s across all divisions, while serving as a strategic business partner to operational managers. To help identify strategic needs, gaps, and risks, she will devise methods to generate statistical data that allow executive management to maintain a productive corporate environment that fosters individual success and WFG’s overall achievement of its business goals and market targets.

“I am grateful for this exciting new opportunity to be part of WFG as it enters its second decade,” Krablin said. “The company and its executives are respected throughout our industry for creating a collaborative, dynamic environment, where staff are not only valued but encouraged to contribute their ideas and energy. I know that sense of inclusion is what has engaged WFG customers and I look forward to being part of this team effort.”

Krablin, who holds a degree in Economics, spent the last ten years in progressively responsible roles in the Human Resources field, and the last five as VP Human Resources for True Religion Brand Jeans. An adept Human Resources practitioner, Krablin is also operationally minded, with a background in various ATS systems.

During her tenure with True Religion she provided multi-site and multi-state oversight of the company’s 1,400 year-round employees and the additional 1,000 seasonal hires for the holidays. Among the 85 stores she oversaw were the New York and UK offices, as well as the company’s distribution center in Fontana, CA. In recognition of Krablin’s success, her responsibilities were later expanded to include customer operations.

“Heather believes that the best way to serve our employees is with an efficient system that can quickly respond to their needs and concerns,” said Ozonian. “We can tell that she has the personnel perspective to advise WFG leadership on how our operational structure can attract and maintain the best team in our industry.”

Prior to joining True Religion she worked at Ross Stores for four years, where she was responsible for talent recruiting and acquisition, plus building compensation guidelines, workflow, and process improvement.

“As the ‘port of entry’ for new team members,” Ozonian added, “Human Resources and onboarding are critical to our future success. I’m confident Heather will make it a welcoming process that reflects the WFG spirit. I know she is excited to serve in this important new role for WFG.”
